Biography
Chase Stites has been described as a pop-singer with a soulful style. The upbeat songs with deep topics appeal to the heart but keep your feet tapping. Chase fell in love with music at an early age after receiving a guitar as a Christmas gift. He was a very quick study and was playing in church services in just a few weeks. Over time he became an accomplished guitarist, singer, and songwriter. His performing career began in central Florida as the front man for Armchair Politics, a local rock band. He later was the face of several other bands including RestlessRibbon which had statewide and regional success - opening for acts such as Mayday Parade, Forever the Sickest Kids, The Hit, and others.
Chase embarked on a solo career in the summer of 2010 and has never looked back. He has been selected to have studio time with notable record producers Geoff Rockwell, Kevin Gates, and others. His first solo EP featured the song "Love Again" which received high critical acclaim in music publications and is scheduled for nation wide radio release in April. A second song on the EP, "Be My Vice", includes a video that has been viewed by tens of thousands throughout the world on YouTube.
His songs transgress his young age and appeal to music lovers of all ages. It is not uncommon for both moms and daughters to have a Chase Stites song among their favorites. He has been selected to appear regionally at music festivals and events, and arrives on stage with a full band of accomplished musicians. He was named 2010 and 2011 Male Vocalist of the Year in northeastern Oklahoma and regularly appears in Nashville and LA.
Chase's latest work is a four song EP that includes the single"Goodnight" recently selected for a music video by Prestigious Films of Wichita.
